Pierre Bellenger’s iconic 1950s vintage “Lipstick Girl” poster for the French moped made by Usines Favor in their factory in Clermont-Ferrand.
The company made a range of motorcycles but it focussed increasingly on the production of mopeds from 1950 onwards. Production ceased in 1959 and subsequently Favor cycles and memorabilia have become very collectible.
Bellenger was born in 1909 and designed advertising material for Favor, Bally, Eysséric candy, Bourin aperitifs, Cristal table water and many other brands.

International Rate: $15 AUD - unframed prints only
All wall art is professionally printed on 230gsm acid-free, pH-neutral, archival matte paper using premium inks.
Within Australia we offer professionally framed prints ready to hang with a choice of white, natural oak, dark oak or black timber frames. Our framer uses Shinkolite 3mm cast acrylic rather than glass: it is lightweight, virtually unbreakable, has greater optical clarity than glass and provides your print with long term protection from harmful UV rays.
We use 400gsm artist quality, polyester/cotton canvas with a 2:1 weave structure for high quality results. Choose from ready-to-hang stretched canvas or unstretched canvas which can be stretched by your own framer. Please note our canvases are available in our middle and second-largest sizes only.
Standard delivery for unframed prints and unstretched canvas artwork is usually 5-7 business days in Australia and 10 business days internationally. For framed prints and stretched canvases please allow approx 2 weeks plus delivery time.
