If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days of receipt to receive either a replacement, a gift card credit or a full refund of the purchase price, excluding postage handling charges.
To exchange goods or to receive a refund you need to contact me first - Penny on 03 5931 0293 or email@example.com - so we can have a quick chat about what went wrong.
You then return the product in original undamaged condition with proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt of the product. It's also worth noting that you need to cough up for any return postage costs.
Once we receive the returned item within 14 days we will then send a replacement, a gift card or we will organise a refund, whichever option you have chosen.
